1. Return & Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a return or full refund if:

  • You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered)
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The product is not as described or promised by us

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, fragrance preferences, or minor packaging variations. Our products are carefully inspected before delivery to ensure quality and accuracy.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your order number, issue, and provide clear photos of the product
  3. Our support team will review your case within 2–3 working days and guide you through the return process if eligible

Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and kept in good condition until our team responds.

3. Refund Timeline

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
  • You’ll be notified once the refund has been initiated.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). In eligible cases, we may also bear the return shipping cost.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a wrong or defective item, we will either replace it or issue a full refund based on your preference and our stock availability.
